A founding employee of New Windows for America. Currently working as Vice President for New Windows for America.  In this role, Rhonda leads the company’s marketing department, customer service and human resources. She is a former home health care and cardiac RN for Allina Health Care System. She lives in Lino lakes with her two middle school aged children and husband, co-owner Jim.

Interests Watching sporting events of her two kids, Alec and Kara, boating, working out at the YMCA, going out to dinner, traveling, volunteering for community, school (Centennial School District), and church events, and spending time with family.
